President Green added a State Affairs Committee referral to CS FOR                                                              
HOUSE BILL NO. 186(FSH) "An Act relating to sharing with certain                                                                
federal agencies records required of sport fishing guides; and                                                                  
providing for an effective date."                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The bill was referred to the State Affairs Committee.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on the bill for the State Affairs Committee                                                           
meeting on May 12. Without objection, it was so ordered.
